I think you are trying to improve and become a better company, for example, your FUCAs seem like a solid product, and my order was correct, haha. However, I disagree with your statement that "We didn't grow from me selling some spare parts out of my dorm room to the largest Z32 specialized business in the world by accident." While you deserve SOME credit for your continued success, it is more a reflection of the sad state of the z32 marketplace/community than your ingenuity and diligence. The majority of z32 owners are either too broke or dumb to care about quality, and focus on price instead. When you purchase a 300zx for 3-4,000 dollars, you're going to be reluctant to spend another 700 on specialty downpipes and z1's offering looks pretty attractive.
